SeerWatch is a CAN bus analysis tool designed for monitoring, testing, diagnosing, and developing CAN applications. With SeerWatch you can capture received messages, transmit messages, decode CAN frames, load DBCs, and chart signals. Works with live data or CAN log files.

The Web Analyzer is great for precaptured log files. It lets you open logs (supported formats), view frames, decode frames into messages, and plot signals.
Use the native application for all of the above and transmitting/receiving live CAN bus data. You can run it locally like a convential desktop application, or get remote access to CAN networks through a host running SeerWatch and then opening your web browser.
