By accessing SeerWatch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use SeerWatch.

Description of Service

• CAN log parsing and data frame display
• Signal decoding using DBC files
• CAN Signal plotting

User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use SeerWatch for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• Upload malicious files or code
• Violate intellectual property rights

User Content

• You retain ownership of data you upload
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service
• Uploaded data is not stored on our servers. It stays entirely in your web browser.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data

Disclaimers

SeerWatch is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeerWatch and its creators are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of the service
• Loss of data or analysis
• Business losses or opportunity costs
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

• SeerWatch code, design, and branding are owned by SeerWatch
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute SeerWatch without permission
• User-uploaded DBC files and CAN data remain your property

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Discontinue SeerWatch at any time
• Modify features or pricing

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
